Hisham's Farewell Party

Orang dah jadi org bandar...tak dok dah kat Gatton nih :)..Yes! Hisham will move to BNE for the next sem & the rest. Our community become reduce for sure. But InsyaAllah next sem, 2 more families will arrive and next year the population in Gatton will further grow due to the shifting of Vet School.

Me chewed lamb grilled with full of passion..kolestrol banyak tu mak aih, tapi bagus coz will "heat" the body during winter heheh (alasan)

Seafood salad specially prepared by me..heh looks yummy..isn't it?
this is a combination of salad & kerabu (tak sama eh?)..it contains of shrimps, squids head, clamps and lala that mixed well with ring anion, chillies, "kuchai", shallot leaves, radish, carrot, toasted peanut and the "geragau goreng" plus salt, sugar, tartar sauce and lemon.

Rusuk kambing panggang also prepared by me..tasty right? This lamb rib is to cheap here. It cost only 3 dolar something per pack. This grilled lamb rib was marinated with Worcestershire sause, smoked BBQ sauce, black pepper, spanish seasoning smoked paprika, lime, ginger and lemon grass seasoning, seafood all seasoning, honey, and salt. It was grilled on a flat hot pan then bake in a microwave oven for 3 minits..then taddaa!! the result was so marvellous..kalo sendiri tak puji sapa nak puji..yer dak? hehe

kechap meat prepared by Zai...pun kena tanya dia bab resepi..tapi rasanya ni daging kicap cam biasa tu :b

Dendeng meat prepared by K. Nora...haa..ni ada lain sket, she added extra spices viz; jintan and rempah selain bahan2 biasa like shallots, anion, chillies, garlic and gingger (eh ada ginger ke dendeng??). Have to ask her again :b

Ni koman jer...wrap jer potato with aluminium foil then grilled on hot plate..me prepared this for extra tempting experiences during luch.
