My 1st appearance in the school newsletter when I just enrolled as RHD student in 2009..weee..not every student got the opportunity to be highlighted, cos it has been selected to be "glamour" ...said my beloved Daryl Joyce :p And this is my 2nd appearance when I fulfill all the requirement and been awarded a PhD degree...Alhamdulillah...   But, only UPSM doesn't want to recognize it until I pass them the copy of "said" ( katanya ) certificate, that will only post via mail within a month..membawa maksud I will not entitle for the final allowance yet :(      As Dr. Yeang said "life is always unfair...and we have to live in those unfair situation and be strong" lebih kurang lah.....

Yehaahi....am now in Langkawi. Baru balik dari makan malam dan island discovery. Discovery sb kami sesat OTW balik dr dinner di pantai Chenang. Mata ngantuk tp saya gigih update blog :p Today kami selesai 2nd day of the MSPPC conference, dan semua kami juga dah selamat deliver speech memasing..kami 4 bersaudara dr same division. Tak mampu nak nulis banyak2 saya upload gambaq jer la no.. Kami sdg menerima sijil penyertaan....camna gambar saya overtiming pun tatau la, my friend yang shoot Gambar tgh present cuma ada saya ngan sorang kawan jerk..1 takde gambar sb sy sdg ber"duty" as chairperson for her session dan sorang lg poster lupo plak nak shoot. Woohoo! Am now in Penang for IQA ISO workshop. Actually, when my colleague forwarded to me the email regarding this workshop I ignored it. Coz my name wasn’t in the list and I thought I am no longer an auditor for the institution. Plus, I saw the names in the list aren’t my friends in the previous auditor list. I planned not to check for my statuses coz am thinking of “silent death” and retire as an auditor…penat dan pening kerja auditing ni. I was appointed as an auditor for Q since 2004. But, since the last 2 years, there was an “appoint yourself” policy by filling the application form in the auditor’s nomination, so I feel something is lacking and make me loose interest and respect for the post. I’m not kalkatu. As I remembered, when I was 12, I was appointed as a librarian president in my school and I rejected it coz I felt I wasn’t qualified. But, in nowadays condition, sometimes if we are too reserve and “silent”, there is a theory that we will never get atten...

Sebalik kesedihan dan ke-frustration saya semalam sampai tak dapat tidur malam tadi dan pagi tadi pergi mengadap Datuk KP dgn kepala pening hingga saya terlupa banyak point penting ttg PhD saya yang beliau tanya, bila balik office saya terima 1 email. Email yang tak tau saya nak jelaskan bagaimana. Cuma ulas bibir saya yang tersengih2 sambil geleng2 kepala tak henti. Antara rasa org meletakkan keyakinan yang terlalu tinggi terhadap saya serta rasa serba kekurangannya diri saya. Kali ini bukan lagi kemungkinan Spam email seperti yang saya pernah post dulu. Tentang jemputan dan perlantikan saya sebagai chairman scientific session conference. Kali ni saya benar2 dilantik untuk mempengerusikan session perbentangan oral oleh para peserta pada Malaysian Plant Physiology Society Conference 2012 bulan depan bertempat di Langkawi. Weehuuu! I'm back...seminggu lepas saya sgt bz sangat2. Hehe sangat penat sangat2 pun iya..hari2 travel ke pusat bandar KL, sangat stress sangat2. Dey berapa banyak sangat ni? I wonder how those yang hari2 berulang alek ke tempat kerja yg jauhnya >20km, everyday..jangan tak tau, ramai yang kerja KL tapi tinggal Seremban atau Kuantan. Kalau saya, cukup seminggu fengsang! Udah ler tu..demam dah 3 minggu tak kebah2. Beberapa malam sudah kidney saya sakit berpintal2, serasa something tersumbat kat salur yang kecik then dok push nak keluar..bukan poo poo lar..tapi batu tu, humak sakit sampai terfikir jam 3.30am cenggini cemana la nak gi spital sendiri. Dah berura2 nak call jiran mintak antar gi spital. Sib baik la tak berapa lama kendian sakitnya hilang..iya, saya belum sempat gi urology. Next week apply cuti 3 hari baru nak gi, plus service kereta buat pertama kalinya..hehe. BTW talking bout travel to work ni, semalam saya usha2 reward point maybank card. Cari smart tag sebab ka...

Halo3x...saya ke-sesawang maya di BNE international departure airport now! Fuh..penat travel dr Gatton dgn Greyhound bus jam 5.55pm-8.30pm td..pening2 nak muntah atas bus pun ada sebab penat emosi bb hari ni. Bawak 2 beg timbang kat umah exit baggage satu2 ca.22kg...tup2 timbang kat counter check-in cuma 11.5 kg satu caish! Konon tanak declair satu beg lagi sb takut kna denda, dah kurang kg konon nak tambah barang masuk..dah timbang beg pack computer n dslr dulu. Tapi org tu tak bagi daa...dia kata takleh bawak 2 beg kat atas (padahal ada jer org bawak) so sy terpaksa dgn muka kelat timbang dua2 beg tu dah jadi lebih 5 kg daa...so reluctant kalo kena membayar bukannya murah kalo kat counter...sekali dia kata "no2x you don't have to pay, you can bring your laptop beg" Yeaayyy!!!! kus semangat..dlm situasi serba ekonomi ni tak sudi nak membelanja paksa lagi.. Padahal bag laptop pun berat amat hadui sengal belakang gua pikul..Eh BTW tadi nampak Daryl tgh check-in..man...

Assalamualaikum Oakai...sebelum bersatu jiwa raga dengan journal2 dan dokumen thesis, saya nak share sesuatu. Kurang lebih 6 minggu lagi nak balik KL kan..coz nak present serba sedikit sedutan dari 1 topic of my work kat International Postharvest Symposium 2012 di PWTC. Bukan nak cerita pasal symposium tu...tunggu 2 bulan lagi update heee.. Ini nak cerita proses2 memohon dana ke arah itu..Orang lain dah master sebab dah berkali2 travel tapi I baru sekali nak travel..huu sib baik ada peluang juga, Alhamdulillah. Ritu mohon nak gi NZ tak dikasi, sempat berjebek mulut dan memerah mata sat hahaha * Big girl doesn't cry (sehingga kali terakhir perihal symposium ni, rasanya kurang lebih 3-4 kali this big girl cried depan Daryl :P) Memula cam biasa apply travel grant dari school or uni..3 kali setaun dibuka, since my last application in 2nd round tak berjaya sebab banyak sangat competition dan the 3rd round baru buka semalam (buang masa jer nak apply lagi)..this travel ditaj...

Sekali lagi isu OHS...penat2 aku cari idea camane nak modify apparatus untuk experiment Kh tu. Dah dapat sepasang rak comel separas ketinggian aku :p..dan2 pulak technition tak kasi aku pakai. Sedey la weyyy...aku dah transfer apparatus dari PH lab yang jauh di ujung dunia sana ke CNF lab selangkah saja dgn opis aku neh. dah pasang siap2 nak mula experiment kemaren, ada ke patut dorang punggah balik ke PH lab sana. Frust gila babas makcik :(...reasonnya apparatus tu tak pass sebab top level aku pakai batu bata untuk support para letak reservoir yg hanya 2L...tak selamat katanya. Caish! Lepas sejam barulah diganti dengan rak yang setinggi 2 M..see langsung tak logik. Mau pengsan lagi aku macam last week sebab panjat2 punggah2 menatang alah air tu...huhu. Saish! Hilang sudah mood bagus aku 2 hari lepas..selaku person in charge makmal2 CNF hari ini aku mendapat email teguran non-compliance spt berikut:- Saish...100X!! Sungguh tidak puas hati ngan senior technician yang poyo sorang tuh..blum siasat dah point fingers kat CNF's student. Sungguh keji nih :p Kebanyakkan perkara yang di"dot" kan tu bukan hasil kerja dan tanggungjawab CNF's student la poyos...cuma unproper labeled chemicals dan needle syringes tu jer yang kami punya. Tu pun takat 2-3 needles sesat..caish! Gotong royong lepas aku dah kemaskan beratus needles bersepah atas meja kerja student2 zaman pak dogol tonggek dulu lagi..sib baik aku baik hati tolong kemas, bungkus dan sealed leklok dalam kotak...kalu aku tak buat tu mau kritikal NC dapat. Extremely busy, from now until next week we are involving with IRRDB Rubber Conference in One World Hotel, Bandar Utama. Since I’m still around, I will be involved as a secretariat for registration and rapporteur as well. About 90 papers will be presented, and there are 300+ participants from country members. Starting from Sunday onward we will be on duty. At first I’m planning to fetch Priyo et al. at LCCT, but then let Yati & Ani to help them out, check in for Lodge etc and I hope to meet them by night. I’m supposed to fly by 18th but then my visa still delay due to the medical report that only posted to the embassy on 6th. Bad news, I got stone in my kidney lead to the blood cell detection in the urine. Until now I’m not really sure about that. Alternatively I may postpone again to the next month, but I pray for 18th. I’m not even had a chance to take an unrecorded leave a week before fly. How the others got chances for a leave a month before?? No need to write a report? Doing ...

From 2.30pm until 5.30pm today UBians had a special meeting with Director Dato Dr. Kamarul at HQ in BGA, KL. Our boss presented development projects in UB and four others those a project leader had presented about their projects including me. I'd presented my TC works for modern clones RRIM 2000 series and Latex Timber Clone. Muahahha....KP asked, whose gonna take over my project since I will on study leave InsyaAllah next month. He expressed that I'm working on modern clones and there will be a lot of efforts should be carried out rather than do it on lab scale. Humm..I'll maybe shut down my memory for TC for a while since I'll do a research on different subjects. The subjects that quite similar to my MSc degree..and I hope I'll mastered on that field as much as I can. May Allah bless me. And today, I finally booked flight ticket. But with a bad news…there is no ticket on 3rd, while on 4th there is no fare price offered, so he booked me on 5th with fare price. What...

Sidang Dewan Rakyat hari ke-2 bermula jam 10pg namun seawal jam 8pg saya sudah berada di Lobi Parlimen kerana kecepatan akibat jalan yang lengang sempena musim cuti sekolah. Setelah diberi fail oleh En. Hisham (Pegawai kementerian), saya membontoti beliau melangkah masuk ke dalam dewan yang sudah hampir dipenuhi oleh para menteri, ahli dewan, pegawai bertugas serta press. Seketika loceng dibunyikan nyaring selama kira-kira 3 minit menandakan sidang akan bermula. Di sebelah sini semua para menteri, wakil rakyat dan ahli speaker kerajaan, sementara di bahagian berhadapan, dipenuhi para wakil rakyat dari PKR, DAP dan PAS. Satu persatu pertanyaan untuk dijawab lisan dibahas, dicadang dan dipersoal sana sini. Saya merasakan inilah pertama kalinya saya bertugas ke Dewan Rakyat dalam suasana yang sangat “ceria”, berbanding tahun-tahun kebelakangan yang sering mengundang bosan dan ngantuk pegawai yang tidak berapa arif tentang teknikal undang-undang seperti saya. Sesi pagi dimulai dengan jawa...

Now we are nearly finish our workshop, for 5 days in UIAM (Kuantan). Pretty tired and got headached as well. Right now still waiting for the car at hotel lobby and the program will start by 9am. Hemm...what to do? I saw the bus is ready. But my friend who drive the car not finish her soru yet. Humm..wateverlah

Have a dinner at One World Hotel, 1U Bandar Damansara. Ada Aizat nyanyi lagu "Hanya kau yang mampu". Lagu di carta teratas di beberapa stesen radio waktu tu. Rupanya Aizat peserta Akademi Fantasia 5, aku pun tak tau...hahah..mana aku tau artis baru2 nih, ramai sangat maggi segera. The theme was 70's @ 80's. Ada elvis, John Lennon dan lain-lain aku pun tak kenal lah artis2 70an nih. Yang penting makan sedap, get together with frens dan menang hadiah cabutan bertuah. Meja kami juga dinobatkan sebagai backup singger untuk lagu "Hanya kau yang mampu", Ditambah dengan juara menari ala saloma oleh Sarah yang seksi :). Selainnya tak mampu nak makan sepuasnya kerana perut dah kembung masuk angin dek kerana lama menunggu..

SOA sport tournament. Have an aerobic "ese lehe" dipandu Kak Norli. Selainnya ada game carrom, badminton, soduku, dart, congkak and ping pong. Aku maen badminton dan carrom..Badminton double woman kalah juga padahal lawan team yang baru hari tu juga pegang reket..he he..kalah kerana penat nunggu diorang pukul bola sambil belajar step..Cit! hehe...Mix double pun kalah juga pasal Pakcik Izhab pancit masa 2nd round (tak mungkin salah aku heheh) ..lain kali takleh gu ngan dia lagi. wakaka...KP's team ft President's team. The KP's team won almost all the games except for Soduku (IQ game). President team kalah bukan pasal apa, tapi pasal kita kan scientist tulen...wajar kalo scientist kaki bangku kan???? LOL

Iya...finally I got promoted effectively by Jan this year...sujud syukur aku panjatkan. At least bukan terpaksa menunggu after 10 years seperti yang ku jangkakan..kalu mengikut segala persyaratan yakni SKT over 80 for 3 years consequently, strictly on study leave will not be promoted, etc2...ada budi tiada bicara katanya Dr. Masa...well I think big brother was happy for me also coz make joke spontanoeusly behind me at cafe this morning..event not directly to my face?? Hummm...POA 2008 ialah "rujuk" with big brother..kue-kue-kue...alangkah baiknya bila semua org gumbira :). 14-15th Dec 07' - Joining SOA-LGM Teambuilding at Colmar Tropicale, Bt. Tinggi Pahang. Enjoying mini explorace, bowling tournament, and paint ball war....whuppss!!...really enjoyable and adventurest..whole muscle was cramped!
