Lemak Cili Api for Them
This is what we called international dinner :p, but with Asian cuisine..Well they are my housemates except the Egytian guy yg slalu datang menyibuk..hu hu. Last 2 weeks Jeanny had brought 5 ikan yg aku tak tau pekenamanya, but looks like ikan air tawar. Memang pun coz her nephew caught them somewhere in the lake or river? aku tak ingat. I've cooked masak lemak cili api 4 ekor n the biggest one I've made goreng tepung sweet & sour gitu...
After only 5 minutes there is only skeleton left for that sweet & sour. Hamdi pula sangat tekun mengskeletonkan gulai lemak cili api tuh. Bayangkan Ausies, Egytian and Vannuatuan makan lemak cili api....ha ha berasap dorang :). Tak boleh nak elak dari masukkan walau sebijik cili hi hi..
Actually ikan ni supposted to be skeletoned last week lagi, but seems am always bz so tonight baru sedaya upaya meluangkan masa cook a dinner for them. Alah dah banyak kali pun masak, they are already know what is nasik lemak, what is mee curry, what is nasik ayam, green curry etc..Maklum le I ni rajin sket masak memasak...thats why am became what I looks like now! Berat bertambah2..
